i just want to cuddle up

It’s fall again, and I LOVE it. We’ve had rain and cool weather, and it makes me want to find a fleece-lined nest, cuddle up with hot apple cider and watch the leaves turn different colors. What’s your favorite autumn activity?

Reading somewhere quiet. If it is Indian Summer-reading in the hammock is great; if it is cold-reading on my big comfy sofa works also!! When it gets cool like this we have a fire in our backyard...can't read there but it smells good and the marshmellows are yummy!

Going on a forest walk to find mushrooms and chestnuts!

I sooo agree with you. I have been ready to play hookie from work and just stay in my bed where it is nice and warm and curl up with a great book (or two). :) This really is the season to do that. :)

I like to ride to the top of the mountains and take a walk. I love the color, the leaves and the smells. Fall is my favorite time of year.

This weekend we'll be going to a pumpkin festival and then a corn maze - always fun.

Oooo I wish we had leaves that turned here. I ache for that.

I love pulling out my sweaters and scarves.

LOVE this pic/image btw :)

I love lighting that first fire in the fireplace and making up some hot cocoa. Fall is kind of awesome as long as it's not too stormy!

Reading! Maybe it's the feeling of going back to school, maybe the frenzied pace of summer is finally slowing, but I love curling up a good book and a cup of tea.

It's not a specific activity, but my favorite part about fall is having a couple of hours all to myself each day when the kids are at school and my husband is at work. :)
